Class Overview

In this class dancers will focus on conditioning and flexibility drills to keep the body safe for exploring floor work and sensual flow.  Dance and pilates stretches (both passive and active) will be used to enhance lines and safely build strength for dance and movement. 

 

This class is open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat. 

About the Instructor

Coco L'Amour


 Coco L'Amour is a Burlesque performer, producer, and instructor located in San Diego, CA.  She has been captivating burlesque audiences across the U.S since 2010. As "the face of fierce", Coco L'Amour is known for her fiery glances and unique take on neo-burlesque.  Coco is a seasoned producer and has produced many successful San Diego productions, including her FLAUNT - Burlesque Shows. In 2016, Coco opened San Diego's first studio dedicated to the art of burlesque.
