Class Overview

Join in an hour long Slow Yoga Flow concentrating on hip openers and poses that promote lengthening of the hamstrings! This class uses a combination of strength building as well as  flexibility increasing Gentle and Restorative poses, along with deep breathing and stress reduction techniques, to support you in opening up your body so that it can better support you in all of your stage work as well as your active life. In addition to learning how to listen to and support your body with movement, you will also gain tools to continue your own personal yoga practice once you leave Burlycon!

 A founding member of Olympia's Own TUSH! Burlesque, Bettie Beelzebub shares her sense of humor and appreciation for the weird through performance art, installation art, dance, and comedic vaudeville skits. 

Dancing with her 7 ft marionette of Satan himself, she has performed on stages all over the Pacific Northwest. With a unique artistic vision, Bettie presents her own version of neo-burlesque by literally dancing with the devil, ripping her clothes apart and beating herself up on stage!
