The Fool is the first card in the tarot deck for a reason and it plays an important part in the history of story telling. The Jester was the only person who dare mock the King in his own court but because they did it with humor they where not strung up by their stockings. Burlesque is not so different, we can use our sense of humor and rebellious nature to bring attention to controversial topics we care about. This workshop will explore the history of the fool and get you on your feet with theater games that utilize a variety of comedic technics to say what we want, and get away with it!
